Last updated: March 30, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pulse Load and its services. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed about any updates. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

We are committed to providing high-quality services related to micro-animation and loading state design solutions. These terms establish the legal framework governing the relationship between us and our users, ensuring clarity and protection for all parties involved.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users’ access to them.

Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying algorithms of our micro-animation and loading state design systems. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without our express written consent. All intellectual property rights remain with us at all times.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or transmit through our platforms. We do not endorse any user-generated content and bear no responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, or legality. You must ensure that your use of our services does not violate any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, animations, code, frameworks, and materials provided through our services are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. We retain full ownership of all original work, including micro-animation designs, branded skeleton screens, and transition effects. Your use of these materials is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing.

You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our proprietary designs and systems without explicit written permission. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action. We actively monitor and protect our intellectual property rights across all platforms and jurisdictions.

If you create content using our services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional and operational purposes. This license extends to all platforms and does not limit your own use of the content you create.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our services. We provide our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain high performance standards aligned with Hong Kong’s fast-paced digital expectations, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in unauthorized use of our intellectual property, or conduct that we determine is harmful to our services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete all data associated with your account, including custom designs, configurations, and usage history. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination, including outstanding payments for services rendered.

Termination does not relieve you of your obligations under these terms, including confidentiality agreements and intellectual property restrictions. Sections regarding intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination indefinitely.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation and mutual agreement whenever possible.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration rather than litigation. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of arbitration proceedings and waive your right to a jury trial. We may pursue legal action in any competent court to enforce these terms or protect our intellectual property rights.
